Hi, I’m Erin — a first-generation flower farmer, partner to Carter, and loyal mom/best friend to Loki, the farm mascot and mud connoisseur.

We farm on the gentle edge of Niagara‑on‑the‑Lake, growing seasonal stems by hand each day. What started with a roadside stand of eggs, produce, and blooms has blossomed into a flower-focused venture: fresh bouquets, local florist buckets, and a fridge collaboration/ shop space with Limited Distillery.

Why Flowers (and Why Now)

After years in wine, I traded cellar work for soil — embracing the slower pace of tending flowers. Here, we grow with the seasons, aiming for zero-waste, local beauty, and gentle honesty in every stem. No imports. No fluff. Just real flowers for people who value authenticity.
